Returns and right of withdrawal

Returning our products
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you can return it to us without any problems. If you have already paid, we will of course refund the purchase price.
Steps of the return:
1. put all the goods you want to return in the packaging and then put them in the original package. Close the package carefully and then stick the return slip on the old address label.

2. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

The return costs will be charged in connection with your refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs that you have paid with your order within the scope of a normal return. Instead, you must cancel your contract in writing within 14 days (more information can be found in our “Cancellation policy” below). In the event of a cancellation, you must return the entire order to us. If shipping costs were incurred for your order, these will be refunded within the scope of a revocation after receipt of your complete return. If you return parts of your order to us or contact us after 14 days, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Return shipping costs must always be paid, even if you exercise your right of withdrawal.
Please note that you as the customer are economically responsible for ensuring that your return reaches us. Therefore, you should always make a note of the parcel number and have a receipt issued by the shipping company.

Exchanging an item
If you would like to exchange an item for a different colour, size or model, please return the item to us as described above. You then re-order the exchange item in the desired size/colour etc. in our online shop. As soon as we have received your return, we will refund you the costs minus the shipping and return costs. The exact requirements and individual steps of a return are explained in detail above. The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to open and test your goods. If, contrary to expectations, you do not like it or it does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us and get your money back without any problems.
The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days, starting from the day you received your goods.
Damaged or used goods
Goods that are visibly damaged or worn are excluded from exchange and return. If the original packaging of the product is missing or damaged, this may result in a reduction in value.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You, as our customer, have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. If your order is sent to you in several deliveries, the cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Moksha Dress, Lehmbek 7, 24794 Borgstedt /E-Mail: hello@moksha-dress.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by e-mail, letter sent by post, telephone). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. Then cancellation form can be found at the bottom of the page.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For the repayment, use the bank details provided on the return slip/cancellation form. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided us with proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us (Moksha Dress, Lehmbek 7, 24794 Borgstedt) without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the first 14 days.
After we have received your cancellation, we will contact you as soon as possible and send you your return slip by e-mail or post, whichever you prefer. For information on our return costs, see above. The return shipping costs will be charged in connection with your refund. If you do not use our return voucher, you will be responsible for all return postage costs. Please note that you as the customer are economically responsible for ensuring that your return reaches us. Therefore, you should always make a note of the parcel number and have a receipt issued by the shipping company.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
